2)Download Apple Driver if have yet and need files BOOTRAMDISK according to  ios version 

3) put your iphone DFU Mode

4)Tap install DFUDRIVER

5)Tap PWNDFU

6)select BOOTRAMDISK, base on device ios version

7) Backup passcode

8) Backup passcode done and then do Factory Reset after ok your iphone device will reboot

9)Try  put your iphone DFU Mode again 

10)Tap PWNDFU again
