1-try check and reconnect network or Wifi and try again
2-Try reboot your PC and try again
3-Reboot your phone and try again
4-must quick input pascode when device reboot
5-remove pascode frome device if can. If cannot remove please change to 0000, after phone reboot quickly put 0000.
6 Final (if still got any error, if can, please update software, but this take risk)
